Khudai Khidmatgar Organization structure lies on overall 5 Segments 1. National Leaders Council (NLC)- Highest deciding body. 2. National Representative Council (NRC) 3. State Co-Ordinators 4. District Unit 5.Local Chapter
National representative Council consists of 111 Members. Appointment of NRC members shall be elected by State Members from concern states with the approval of NLC Members. The representatives are from all the states and every segment of the society. The council met once in every year and based on the need of the organization
National Leaders Council Consists of 21 Members. 15 Members of NLC shall be elected by National Representative Council (NRC), during their annual meeting. Elected 15 NLC Members will co-opt remaining 6 Members to balance the Council. NLC must meet periodically to discuss the important decisions and activities of the Organization.
There are State level Co-Ordinators in every state. NLC nominates the State Co-Ordinators. The state Level Co-Ordinators may also represent NRC meeting. Based on the size of the state, geographical structure and nature of the work, the organization selects two or more State Co-Ordinators for each state, for effective working with the direction of NLC. State Co-Ordinators will meet once in every two months in their state, and discuss the issues with state units. State Co-Ordinators will Look after to form District units in their respective states.
All the Nominations and Decisions for launching the campaigns, new initiatives would be finalized by the National Leaders Council (NLC).
